Map Strategy: de_cobble
This map is quite big, but it doesn't feel like its big and you have lots and lots of good advantages. CT's I believe, got most of them, and that's great because it should be a little difficult for the T's to place the bomb.

Basic counter-terrorist strategy:
The CT's will have to think clearly on this map and don't panic. If the T's get to place the bomb on the big bomb area…then you're F***ED. If the T's manage to get here and place the bomb, they're having the advantage, because they will have lots of good places to sit and snipe you when you enter the area. So what you will have to try is to guard that area at ALL costs Another good place for the CT's to go to, is the room over the passage. It's fairly easy to snipe a few T's (if your good with the sniper-rifles), but I don't recommend camping up there, because you have to remember this is a defusion map (yah..that's right…..aaa boooomb maaap). And that means if you are up having a great BBQ party the T's might have just figured out how to place the bomb :)
Basic terrorist strategy:
T's don't have a lot of advantages on this map, but there is always the good old RUSH! That works on most maps, at least if ALL the T's are in on it, and you got some fairly good full automatic rifles. As explained in the CT strategy, the key location for the T's on this map is the big bomb area, as this is the easiest for the T's to guard. If you think or know that a CT is camping in the room over the passage, use your HE grenade. Throw it up the ladder and hope you blow the motherf***er to pieces. But if you aren't lucky throw up a smoke grenade and a flashbang or two, then just jump up that ladder and KILL him (her???)
Advanced counter-terroist strategy: - Always buy a defuse kit, as this is a defusion map, and a defuse kit saves you A LOT of time. A defuse kit is only $200, so buy one godamnit (yah guess what, it isn't expensive :D ).
- If a terrorist should happen to be camping, try to flush him out with all the grenades you've got. If he is located in the room over the passage, you will have to throw grenades like crazy and the grenades will have to be thrown be extreme precision.
- One last thing for all you CT's: STICK TOGETHER TEAM.
Advanced terrorist strategy: - On this map you can use the smoke grenades effectively in those narrow hallways and when placing the C4. Smoke grenades gives a great advantage, because you suddenly show up and the CT's are waiting for you, that means they are most likely afraid. If you're afraid you don't act as you should, you press the wrong keys and so on.
- At the bomb spot at CT spawn, there is a few spots where you will have a complete coverage on the three entry zones. The one I prefer is on the stack of crates at the bomb spot...you can even place the C4 up there :) . This probably is the best of the "good spots" in this area, as you are higher than the CT's and being higher up means you have an advantage.
- When placing the C4 at the big bomb spot, place it "between" the two crates that are closest to the bomb spot. It only takes the CT's 2 more secs to find the bomb, but sometimes that's more than enough :) .
- After placing the bomb, go up at the grass ledges or the stone walkway, for yet another elevated advantage and good overview of the battle field. When placing yourself at these points, make sure you have a good, accurate long-range weapon, so you ca snipe the CT's when they enter the area.
Good hiding spots:

- Behing the open door that goes into the large bomb area. From here you can blow their fricken heads of their shoulders. The clue to this location lies in that noone runs in and looks around that door to check if a enemy sits there waiting, because if they do that, they'll have their backs turned to the large open area where there's supposed to be a more serious threat.
- In the middle of the room over te passage. It's a good idea to crouch, otherwise the enemy can snipe you. I've been up here a lot, and it works great every time...the enemy climbs up the ladder and I blow their heads of, cuz because when they climb up the ladder. The only way to climb a ladder is to face it or look slightly sideways, so no matter how they climb that ladder you will ALWAYS have the advantage.
- Behind the large pile of boxes in the large bomb area. Hiding there is camping and it should only be used as a last resort, if you have 1 HP left or something.The boxes are great cover and the spot is located at the end of the walkway...noone besides you (??) goes there.
- This place is great as it's very dark here, you can stand here and watch the enemy run into the hallway, then shoot them before they had time to shit their pants. Look at the piture to understand where this spot is, as it's very difficult to explain where it is. (Eyes only) Great places to place the C4:

- The best place to put the C4 at, is the big bomb are ontop of the three crates. You can't get up there by yourself, but if a team-mate boosts you, you can place da C4 up there. I feel sorry for that lonely CT desperatly trying to reach that bomb :D.
- There is a similar spot as the one above, but this one you can reach by yourself. It's nearly as good. In the large bomb area go up to the stone walkway, go down it until you get to the box that's located below you, aligned with the walkway. Jump onto that and from that box jump onto the box loacted in front of you. Then just place the C4. Some CT's will have a problem finding out how to get up there.
- And last but not least, the best F***ING bomb spot ever!! Check out the pic to see this big secret :)
Weapons counter-terrorists should use: USP .45 - This little guy deals a great deal of damage, and it's very accurate and therefore is a great choice...at least for the 3 first rounds.
MP-5 - It has gotten less powerful and accurate, but it's still is the ultimate SMG. This has been my favorite SMG since beta 2 and it still is.
M-3 - If you handle a shotgun, then buy this. This map has some narrow hallways and passages, and that's where the M-3 behaves best. One hit with this baby, and their almost dead for sure :D
M-4 - Ohhh mama :D This baby is the best. Powerful as hell, and it's pretty expensive, but it's worth the wait.
AWP - This rifle is the most powerful weapon in CS, and it's got a fairly good rate of fire, but don't buy this gun unless you have someone "taking care" of you.
Weapons terrorists should use: Desert Eagle - It's powerful...what more can I say? well it's only $650.
Commando - This is the best full automatic rifle in the terrorists arsenal, it's fairly expensive, but the CT's will have a hard time if you run around with this rifle.
G3-SG1 - Instead of buying the AWP, buy the G3-SG1, as it fires quickly and pretty accuratly.
PARA - The PARA M-249 is a great weapon for a cover-fire situation, as it never fails you, and this baby packs a punch. The only drawback is the reload time and the accuracy.
